Every Prudglow™ order is carefully reviewed, packed, and prepared before shipment.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days before shipment.

During busy periods such as holidays, seasonal promotions, or high-demand events, processing may require up to 5 business days.

🚚 Shipping Fee

We currently offer a flat shipping rate of:

$5.99 USD per order

Shipping rates remain the same regardless of destination or order size.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination country, local carriers, and customs processing.

Please note that shipping estimates are approximate delivery windows and are not guaranteed arrival dates.


3. Order Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Important Tracking Notes

  • Tracking updates may require 1–3 business days to appear after shipment confirmation

  • Temporary pauses in tracking updates are normal while packages are moving between carrier facilities

  • Your order may still be in transit even if tracking has not updated immediately


4. Customs Fees & Import Taxes

For international shipments, orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local processing fees depending on your country’s regulations.

  • Prudglow™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or processing

  • Fees vary by country and are determined by local authorities

Most small pet accessories and household pet products typically pass through without significant customs charges, though policies may differ internationally.


5. Order Changes & Cancellation Requests

Because orders begin processing shortly after purchase, we recommend contacting us as quickly as possible if changes are needed.

6. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged during shipping:

Please email us photos of the damaged item and packaging within 72 hours of delivery, and we will assist with a replacement solution.

📦 Lost Shipments

If tracking confirms that your package has been officially lost during transit, we will arrange a replacement order at no additional cost.
